Sealix Energies is a brand of Vedhanirvana Private Limited. We help homeowners across India see if rooftop solar is financially worthwhile. We are not the installer and not a government body. This page explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you use the free home check: your name, mobile number, monthly electricity bill amount, and optional average units. If you arrived from an ad, we also record the ad click ID (such as Google gclid) and campaign tags. Your city may be inferred from the page or ad link you clicked. We do not ask for Aadhaar, consumer number, or bank details.

Why we use it

• To calculate your estimated savings, subsidy, and payback.
• To call or message you about your result, if needed to explain the numbers.
• Only if your home looks like a fit, to introduce a certified installation partner.
• To measure which ads and pages bring useful enquiries, so we stop paying for useless clicks.

By submitting the home check, you consent to this use. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Who receives it

• Installation partner: eligible homes may be shared with the partner named at introduction (currently HK Energies Private Limited).
• Service providers that process data for us: FormSubmit (delivers check results to our inbox), Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly visit analytics), Google (Ads and Analytics measurement), and OpenAI (ad conversion measurement).

We do not sell your details or share lists with directories.

Cookies and browser storage

Google and OpenAI measurement tags may set cookies to tell us whether an ad led to an enquiry. The home check also saves your name, mobile, and language choice in your own browser so you do not have to retype them next time. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings, or with "Not you?" on the check form.

How long we keep it

We keep home-check details only as long as needed to give you your estimate, follow up on it, and make any introduction you agreed to, plus any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop calling you, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it promptly.
