Can any shop credit subsidy in cash?

Prefer portal-tracked DBT after commissioning. Treat “we’ll adjust subsidy in cash today” pitches with caution; verify vendor empanelment on the official lists.

Does every state add extra subsidy?

No. Many homes rely on central CFA alone. Maharashtra, Karnataka, AP, Telangana and others may announce pilots or top-ups — check state energy / DISCOM notices, then still run your bill maths.
